Monsoon brings to us joy, serenity and a soothing feeling in our lives. What it also brings with itself is a lot of diseases. Kids are at greater risk of falling ill during this season. Drink a lot of warm water- After getting drenched in the rain, taking a bath after coming home, and changing into dry clothes, drink some soup or warm milk. This will help the body temperature stay in control and prevent you from falling ill.
